Scope of Trust Agreement:

1. About the use and assignment of trademarks and intellectual property created by a voluntary organized group of natural persons.

Open-Bank ‘Frivillig Forening’ Foundation shall use trademarks owned or whose right to use is owned by the Finscale ApS to publish EKB of the Open Constitution AI network.

The trademarks are used but not limited to

1. identifying the social finance subnet of the network.

2. The ‘’Finscale’’ mark is used to identify the Contributions Delivery Subnet of the AGI network.
